Yeah, the whole "People like my art!" thing can be weird but it was a bit different for me (at least I think). My parents always thought I was going to be an artist in some way so they encouraged me to get my name out there. I've been on DA for several long years but when I first received so many comments on my fanart I was so happy! It was strange at first but I have gotten use to it (and more confidence).

When I know people like my work I want even more people to see it. It's still very humbling when I receive complements from teachers or people who don't HAVE to give me the time of day but do (better artists, strangers in person, etc.).

It still means a lot to me when I see how much someone appreciates my artwork .

I think you should keep doing photography! The 'Fishing at Sunset' and 'Sunshine though the Window' totally made me feel. I love 'em
